The owner demanded a whole new additional floor of a cozy space for hanging out & additional Bedroom, without changing the building permit.

Below here are the visual diagrams how we changed the attic floor plan.
We wanted to maximize the view of Bandung's Valley, so, we decided to tear down the wall and created a translucent openings & also a large balcony for BBQ.
Translucency.
Not only views, the openings are the most crucial in this design. The transparent hammock net gives not only translucency & lights to the bottom floors, but also hints an adrenaline rush when you're in it.
